During the Google UX Design Course I designed and launched a fully functional accessible banking website focused on clarity, trust, and inclusion. I built a responsive experience for users of all ages, abilities, and levels of digital literacy, prioritizing WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, intuitive task flows, and performance on mobile.

Results Overview

The redesigned Unity Trust Bank website achieved measurable improvements in accessibility, performance, and usability. By implementing WCAG 2.1 AA standards, users of all abilities can now navigate the platform with ease. Optimized code and responsive layouts reduced mobile load times to under two seconds, improving retention for on-the-go users. Through iterative testing and feedback, task success rates increased significantly, confirming that the new experience is both inclusive and efficient for all visitors.
